Need help with finding a good cfg :meditation:

Hello everyone.
Its great to see that there are people still playing ET and its great to see the hirntot servers alive.
I tryed some cfgs but no one good for the fps.I cant understand why is that? In the close areas the fps +-90 while at the open ares in the game its 30 only :\
The pc is much better than in the old times as a video card and the internet speed better too.

i5, 3.20 ghz. 4 gb ram, win 8 x64, AMD Radeon R7 200 Series.
Maybe some1 can share his cfg with me ? :roll:

Find atiogl.xml
Edit it (right click->edit in Windows)
Find the section with et.exe or et.x86 and replace it with

It looks a bit better, but still 125 fps in close areas but while running in open areas its around 30-40 - so annoying.

Newer Ati cards (catalyst) are a pain but from what i've read that can make it magically better......can but try.

downgrade your graphics card driver and problem is solved!
