Yes, but I don't know how. 6%  6%  [ 3 ]
Yes, increase recharge time. 11%  11%  [ 6 ]

Nerf it only on Goldrush. Soldier recharge time to 50000 and the ammo limiting script. Other maps unchanged. Everybody* happy.

*Mostly everybody.

Okay I did increase the spawn roof protection on goldrush. All spawn roofs are now in general a bit bigger. Also the anti spawn kill script detection range has increased.

To be honest I don't think this change made even 1% of a difference. But anyway, I'd like to suggest this pk3 that adds a flametrail to mortar shells. It makes mortars more visible and avoidable.

To the topic author I didn't even understand "nerfed" or "it needs a buff".
The options are not even clear, where is the option, remove the mortar for fair gameplay?
Remember many of us are not native english speakers.

I don't know when this mortar fashion started, but I read things that claim to the skies.
"Mortar is part of the game"

If you have played ET enough you will know mortar has been disabled from the start of the game in the majority of servers, yes talking about public server, precisely for the abuse.

If not put adrenaline too, part of the game right?

Getting killed by a bored guy that is only doing XP to get the panzer later with the thompson and keep the absuse with one panzer each 15 seconds (example QPA, Ubinoobie etc) doesn't seem like fair gameplay.

This weapon (same as panzer) would be fine if XP reseted after each map, the current status just ruins the gameplay to most players unbalancing teams not to mention the skill 0 it requires. Is sad seeing guys using it just for the fragger, ofc they can't be satisfied pressing mouse1 for 30 mins.

Maps like goldrush or battery are completely destroyed.

This weapon is so unbalanced that the mortar user even sees enemies when they come close to his position, is ridiculous.

If there is no adrenaline, if mines become useless after certain level of XP why should mortar be justified.

I would love to read the guys defending mortar after some demos of QPA's and others using mortar making multikills, monsterkills and people quitting cause they are uncapable of playing, there is enough SPAM with arty, rifle nades and panzer as another guy says in the forum.

I did put it on my todo list. I am currently busy with RL and work :(
