Here are some features listed that are enabled on Hirntrauma. I update this list from time to time. Suggestions are welcome :)

Covert-Ops:
enable stealing uniform from a live player from behind
level 5 upgrade: faster stamina recharge, more grenades, enable poison-gas grenade

Medic:
regenerate normal health at 2HP/s, and bonus health at 1HP/s.
share adrenaline
pause health regeneration for 5 seconds after the player has taken damage
level 5 upgrade: faster stamina recharge

Engineer:
friendly dynamite cannot be disarmed by own team
enable shared construction XP
level 5 upgrade: consume less charge, more grenades, landmines take longer to spot, landmines take longer to defuse, increased construction speed, enable S-mines, enable poison-gas mines

Field-Op
Field Ops with level 0 battle-sense spawn without binoculars
"Too many air strikes requested" will restore half of used charge bar
level 5 upgrade: consume less charge, more grenades

Soldier:
level 5 upgrade: consume less charge, more grenades, enable poison-gas grenade

all classes:
level 5 light weapons upgrade: reduced recoil time
Level upgrade XP: 1=20 2=50 3=110 4=180 5=240
Playdead

Recharge times:
Covert-Ops: 30s
Engineer: 30s
Field-Ops: 40s
Soldier: 35s
Medic: 45s
Ammo Cabinet: 60s
Health Cabinet: 20s

Max Support Fire per minute: 3

Weapons:
Molotov-Cocktails
Winchester M97 (2per team)
Normal & Poison throwing knifes
Allies can relaod mid clip Garand
Ammo Packs restore Helmet

XP-Save: 30days
Max-XP: 20000

Friendly fire: friendly fire reflects 2% of friendly fire damage
Drag corpse: enabled
Medic/Fop drop one medi/ammo pack upon death


and much more enabled. Hope i got time and intrest in updating this :D

i was there all the time...

but i tested it with someone else. You can get his clothes if u stand exactly behind him. He is then nacked :D

Many said on the server that it is much easier to hit in JayMod then in other mods and i didn't hat that feeling i searched at the JayMod manual and found some nice pictures that shows the JayMod HitBoxes. OnHirntrauma i use "Oriented"

So far the best hitboxes i ever seen for Enemy Territory.
