Map Rule: Custom Maps

If you have any custom maps where you would like to state the spawnkill zones then feel free to open a new topic and post it!

    Start ET via etmain.exe and create a custom game with your map ("/map mapname" in console - the maps we currently host can be found here for hirnlos & hirnschlag)

    Remove HUD write in the console cg_dra2d 0 with 1 u can get it back
    Remove Cross-Hair cg_crosshairsize <- First write only this in the console it will give u a value back remember that. then:
    cg_crosshairsize 0 to get it back just write into the console cg_crosshairsize "the value u did remember"
    (If u use the cmd´s like above, the cvars should reset after a et restart to your normal settings.)

    Take sceenshots as spectator (windows/linux: print-button on keyboard - mac: "Appel + Shift + 3").

    Open your preferred image editing tool (Photoshop, XnView, Gimp) and mark the spawnzones with a red line.

    Upload the pictures to imageshack/photobucket or any other online image site (later will put the pictures on our webspace).

    Create a new thread called "Map Rule: Mapname" in this forum and post the pictures there & describe it a little bit (e.g. non-fightable-spawn, gets fightable after xyz, etc).
