Today we decided to remove Member Status of: Bert, Chew!e, Grimey*Wingz, Belara, ani, Lebkuchen, Myrrhen & Night*Wings
We wish them a lot of fun in ET and/or other games they do play now.

[!!!]Hirntrauma is a sister server of [!!!]Hirnschlag or let me say clone/mirror. Both got the same maps, settings & share xp. (If you leave Hirnschlag and join Hirntrauma you got the same amount of XP on the server.) We launched the server to reduce the long waiting time in getting a free slot for Hirnschlag. If Hirnschlag is full it asks everybody to join “hirnschlag-mirror.hirntot.org:27960” this DNS name is given to show that is a clone/mirror of Hirnschlag. Regular IP/DNS: 78.46.197.254:27960/et5.hirntot.org:27960.

This installer contains Enemy Territory 2.60b and does not need any further patches. There are also ETPro 3.2.6, NoQuarter 1.1.0/1.1.1/1.2.0 & ETPub 0.8.1 with ETPub client 2007-08-01 included and many custom maps. To prevent problems with PunkBuster we put the latest version also into it and run at the end of the install routine the tool pbsvc.exe. With this tool you can easy check if the PunkBuster service is running and if needed install it with another button. PunkBuster update and the service check is linked to the start menu for easy later update and check. For all beginners the autoexec.cfg comes with the install and contains few settings to prevent the known NoQuarter bug and can be opened via .the start menu as well.

From the first to the 24th of December we host some Christmas goodies on our server to bring everybody in the right mood for the Christmas celebration. Mortar rounds has been replaced with flying Santa's, Grenades look like snowballs, Health and ammo crates got a ribbon, knife is a wand (sharp and shiny), Helmets has been replaced with red hats for both teams and the mine flags got a Christmas tree on it. Enjy the time :)

Every standard map and some custom map is changed with this package to a snowy scenario. This is a additional package if you like to use it download the file “Winter Style” from the Download Section and put it into into the etmain folder. This mod is identical to Winterkrieg mod just the custom player skin are removed cause they confused everybody. Some screen shots and more information about this mod you find here |
